By accessing or using StockPilot IA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
StockPilot IA is an inventory forecasting tool built to help small and medium e-commerce business owners predict product demand, calculate supplier lead times, and plan inventory. The service is currently offered as-is, with no billing details required during the early access phase.
3. Account and Shopify Integration
To use certain features, you may connect your Shopify store or upload CSV data logs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account. You grant StockPilot IA read-only access to your inventory, orders, and sales history for the sole purpose of generating demand predictions.
4. Accuracy of Predictions
StockPilot IA uses advanced algorithms and AI to project future inventory needs. However, sales trends, supplier behaviors, and logistics are subject to external factors. You acknowledge that all predictions are estimates, and StockPilot IA is not liable for stockouts, overstocking, or lost profits.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service or your access to it at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
